Manage products

If you have the Admin role in Helm, you’ll see an Administration icon on the sidebar. You can manage both your users and your products from here.

You can view all of your products, how many users have permissions to access each product, and change user permissions for each user. You can also find a particular product by searching on its name.

Product columns:

• Product name: This is the name of your product.

• Number of users: This shows the number of users that have access to this product.

You can click the edit icon in the Actions column to:

• Add users that are already on your account to a particular product. You cannot add users that are not already on your account. If you need to add new users, contact us.

• Set permissions for each user to view or modify SBOMs and Vulnerabilities. These permissions will also impact what reports this user will be able to export.
